MICHAEL BRADY
Mike Brady spent 14 years working directly alongside Steve Wilson, founder of 21c Museum Hotels and Laura Lee Brown, an heiress to the Brown family behind the Brown-Forman spirits empire and a serial philanthropist.
During the growth and expansion his employers’ enterprises, Mike worked across executive support, hospitality, travel, property and infrastructure initiatives, VIP experiences, and event production. The role placed him inside a world where business, art, hospitality, and high-touch personal service regularly intersected.
His experience includes producing private events and major Kentucky Derby programs, along with events associated with brands and publications including Vanity Fair and Esquire. He has managed intimate celebrations for talent including Jack Harlow and coordinated hospitality and advancing for high-profile guests including Martin Lawrence, Adrian Grenier, Bill Paxton, and others.
Mike's background extends well beyond hospitality. He acted as aide-de-camp to the US Equestrian Team where they trained internationally, worked extensively with Lipizzaner and Dutch Harness horses, became adept in the German language while abroad, and spent significant time within Kentucky's thoroughbred industry at Hermitage Farm.
He later founded Ostra, a Pacific Equatorial-inspired restaurant concept alongside acclaimed chef Adam Burress, further expanding his experience in culinary operations and guest experience.
Mike is at his best when the stakes are high: managing people, personalities, logistics, hospitality, and hundreds of moving pieces while remaining remarkably calm under pressure.
