Case Study

From Milan Concepts to USA Nationwide Launch

For Ray-Ban’s collaboration with A$AP Rocky, King Sixteen took conceptual 3D designs developed in Italy and re-engineered them for production. Complex geometries demanded extensive material testing, custom 3D printing, iterative prototyping, and refined finishing so the displays could hold both the playful aesthetic of the collection and the durability required in high-traffic stores.

More than 180 premium units were fabricated under tight quality control. Our certified teams then coordinated logistics and white-glove installation across 27 flagship retail partners, including the debut at Ray-Ban’s New York City headquarters. Every location went live in a synchronized national launch.

The work required equal attention to craft and operational precision: translating creative ambition into assets that looked intentional, performed reliably, and protected the brand under pressure. Projects like this continue to deepen a partnership built on trust, taste, and the ability to turn complex concepts into controlled physical results.
