Complex brand activations inside luxury hotels leave no room for assumption. Every surface, every contract, and every timing decision has to hold under real operational pressure.
King Sixteen engineered and fabricated a fully bespoke A$AP Rocky pop-up store from the ground up. The environment featured granite countertops, glass shelving, pendant lighting, a dedicated filtration system for the laser-etching activation, full-color printed LVP flooring, and a concrete facade structure. Guests could draw their signature and imprint it directly onto Ray-Ban leather cases - an interactive moment that required precise technical integration and white-glove execution.
Alongside the pop-up, we designed and built a complete Ray-Ban lakeside lounge on the Conrad property. Red velour draping defined the perimeter, neon signage and 3D-printed anodized plinths carried the A$AP Rocky Puffer displays, while curated cocktails, florals, décor, DJ, and full A/V completed the experience. Venue scouting, event contracting, and advancing sat entirely with our team.
The least visible work proved the most critical. Acting as the operational agency between Luxottica and the Conrad Hotel, we managed every layer of paperwork, certificates of insurance, negotiations, and scheduling. When the hotel stated certain requests “could not be done,” we proved it could be done safely and within property guidelines. The result was a controlled, high-standard activation delivered on time, on brand, and without compromise.
Projects like this continue to demonstrate the same standard: protect the client’s vision, control every detail no one sees, and turn complex hotel environments into precise physical results.
