Kenneth Tyler Anderson spent more than a decade behind the scenes of major-label touring, working as a guitar technician, production professional, and tour manager alongside artists including Paramore, Lady A, Switchfoot, Cold War Kids, and Relient K.

Those years gave Tyler a firsthand education in the business and mechanics of live entertainment. He worked extensively across tour advancing, artist requirements, production logistics, technical execution, booking contracts, and venue coordination, collaborating with agents and representatives from organizations including CAA, WME, Red Light Management, Sony/ATV, and RCA.

In 2010, Tyler founded Royal Minor Talent, a boutique entertainment agency specializing in artist booking, contract negotiation, and advancing for corporate and private clients.

He also brings a strong technical and creative background to King Sixteen. Tyler studied Music Technology at Purdue University and has extensive experience in audio engineering, sound design, audiovisual production, and graphic design. He spent six years with Zappos as a Design & Color Correction Specialist, sharpening the visual and aesthetic sensibility that now informs King Sixteen's creative work.

As a songwriter and musician, Tyler is published through Secret Road Music and is a founding member of Coupe Marra. His music as been featured on TV series aired on Netflix, ABC, and FOX.
His strength is connecting the creative idea to the machinery required to make projects come alive — from talent and contracts to production, audiovisual, design, and execution.
