King Sixteen (“we”) is an experiential marketing and live-event production agency based at 829 E Market Street, Unit H, Louisville, KY. This page explains what we collect on kingsixteen.com and how we use it.
What we collect:
If you use the contact form or email us, we get the information you send: name, company, email, phone, and the details of your project. The site also uses standard analytics (pages viewed, device, referrer) so we can see what is working.
How we use it:
We use that information to reply, quote, produce your project, and improve the site. We do not sell your information. We do not send blast marketing unless you asked to hear from us.
Geo-framing and event data:
Some projects include geo-framing, lead capture, or post-event follow-up for the client who hired us. In those cases we collect only what that campaign requires, on that client’s instructions, and we use it for that campaign. We do not use attendee or device data to market King Sixteen.
Sharing:
We share information with vendors only when they need it to do the job (fabrication, staffing, venues, ads, hosting). We also share it if the law requires it.How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period after. Analytics is kept in aggregate. Campaign data follows the client’s brief and applicable law.

King Sixteen is built for brands, agencies, and marketing teams planning high-touch events, product launches, trade show activations, VIP hospitality moments, corporate experiences, and branded environments where the details matter.
We’re usually the right fit when the project has multiple moving parts: creative direction, fabrication, vendors, staffing, hospitality, logistics, guest experience, transportation, AV, signage, or post-event follow-up. If your event needs to feel polished, intentional, and fully handled, a discovery call is the best place to start.
We can do both. Some clients bring us in for full-service production from concept to completion, while others need support with specific pieces like fabrication, guest experience, staffing, vendor coordination, geo-framing, transportation, or on-site execution.
Our strongest value is becoming one accountable partner across the moving parts, so your team is not managing a dozen vendors while trying to protect the brand, timeline, and budget. Tell us where you are under-staffed and we will fill the gap.
The earlier, the better. Bringing us in during the concept or planning stage allows us to help shape the scope, budget, timeline, vendor strategy, guest flow, and production plan before decisions become expensive or rushed.
That said, we’re also used to stepping into tight timelines when a brand needs experienced production support quickly. If the date is already on the calendar, it’s worth starting a conversation now.
The discovery call is a fit check. We’ll talk through your event goals, audience, market, timeline, budget range, production needs, and what success looks like after the event is over.
From there, we can identify whether King Sixteen is the right partner, what level of support makes sense, and what the next step should be, whether that’s a rough scope, a formal proposal, or a deeper creative/production planning session.
Most projects range from $50K to $500K+. We've handled seven-figure productions and can point you in the right direction if your scope is smaller. We are up front about fit, so no ones time gets wasted.
