A two hundred foot circus tent, four miles of electrical cable, 20,000 hand picked rose petals for a red carpet. These are just a few aspects of Hermitage Grand Gala; a pinnacle Kentucky Derby charitable event hosted by Junior Bridgeman and Steve Wilson. This star-studded gala featured guests like Barbara Corcoran, Chris Rock, John Calipari, and others.

Event Management

Large scale production with VIP guests is always a complex combo to manage. King Sixteen was responsible for all celebrity management – working closely with handlers to keep the show on schedule while accommodating hospitality riders and contracted guarantees. In addition, our team worked closely to execute all design tasks while managing vendors from install to tear down.

Talent Buying

Memorable events require exceptional talent, and experienced music industry veterans.

This gala featured a seated dinner for 600 guests that immediately preceded a full production live concert featuring artists like Darius Rucker, NeYo, and DJ Cassidy. Our agency has over a decade of international touring experience with Capitol, EMI, Sony/ATV, and Warner Bros artists. As an intermediary agency on behalf of our partners, we leverage our relationships and experience to negotiate and advance performances for events of all sizes.

Who have we booked?

We have had the pleasure of touring with or advancing shows and bookings for artists like Paramore, Kimbra, Chris Rock, The Skins, Maggie Rose, Switchfoot, Lady Antebellum, NeYo, David Cook, Darius Rucker, Cold War Kids, and many more.
